Client satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your order you have the right to return the products within 7 days of reception of the items.
The return of an order must be communicated by sending a fax to +39 055 7321636.
The cost of the order will be entirely reimbursed, with the exception of the cost of returning the items, which is at the expense of the client. However, in the case that the order is being returned for problems regarding the quality of the products all costs will be sustained by "Antique Tuscany".
